All services provided by PriceVU LLC may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States federal, state or city law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PriceVU LLC from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.

Use License
Under no circumstance may any content of this site be downloaded or copied for personal or business use. No content of this site may be made public on any other site or shared between other users and non subscribers. Violation of any of the above will resulted in the account in question being terminated with no refund.

Subscription Terms, Fees and Payments
All subscriptions are automatically renewing. This means that once you become a subscribing member, your subscription will be automatically renewed and your billing choice will be charged based on monthly payments unless you opt out or cancel by following the instructions in this Agreement. The renewal of the subscription takes place subject to the terms in force on the date of renewal. It is your responsibility to cancel any subscription before the next payment date.

Opting Out of Renewal
You may opt out of renewing your subscription by logging into your My Account page and clicking the Subscription Tab on the Website at least 24 before the renewal date and clicking "Cancel". If you do not let us know that you want to terminate your subscription at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period the payment for the renewal period of the subscription will be made.

Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel a free trial at any time during the free trial period and incur no charge. If your subscription begins with a free trial, the 14 day refund period ends once the free trial ends. If the cancellation occurs after the first 14 days of the free trial, you will not receive a refund. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time but you will not receive a refund. All refunds will be given to the original credit card on which the purchase was made. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to reach you or be charged back to your account.

Prices and Grandfathering Rates
Prices may be changed by Gunwatcher at any time. Once you subscribe you are locked in at that rate until you cancel your account, or a payment is failed/missed. Once your account is canceled, or a payment is missed/failed you will be required to resubscribe at the current rate. If you do not wish to continue with your subscription due to the new prices, you may opt out of renewal as set forth in this Agreement.

Server Abuse
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or customer of PriceVU LLC is strictly prohibited. As our customer you are responsible for all your accounts. Should you violate the Terms of Services outlined within, your account will be cancelled without chance of refund.

Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole discretion.

All sub-networks, distributive hosting sites and dedicated servers of PriceVU LLC must adhere to the above policies, with the exception of system resources in respect to dedicated servers.

Billing
By the Account Activation Date of each month, PriceVU LLC shall:

debit the client's credit card (when such information has been provided by the client). Payment shall be remitted to PriceVU LLC by no later than the specified payment due date. PriceVU LLC shall be entitled to immediately terminate this agreement for client's failure to make timely payments. All credit cards are billed automatically on a monthly basis. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they have sufficient credit to cover this transaction. In the event that there is insufficient credit, we will send an e-mail notification, at which point the account will be suspended.

Money back guarantee & refund policy We do not generally refund cancelled contracts. For example, if your contract is monthly and you request a refund after 10 days, no refunds will be admitted.

Account Deactivations
Any account deactivated due to non-payment or cancellation will be forced to renew at the current rate and forfeit's the previous grandfathered rate.

Cancellation Refunds
We DO NOT refund partial monthly fees to accounts.

Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability
PriceVU LLC shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from PriceVU LLC ' servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, PriceVU LLC shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the use and decisions that are made when using this site. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.

In no event shall PriceVU LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on PriceVU LLC's Internet site, even if PriceVU LLC or a PriceVU LLC authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Violations
Violations of these Acceptable Use Policies should be referred to [email protected]. All complaints will be investigated promptly. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.

Disclaimer
PriceVU LLC cannot be held liable for system down time, crashes or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicated estimate of profits which a client would have gained if this site was functioning. PriceVU LLC holds no responsibility for the use of our clients' accounts. Failure to comply with any terms or conditions will result in the automatic deactivation of the account in question. We reserve the right to remove any account, without advance notice for any reason without restitution, as PriceVU LLC sees fit.

Account Activation
By activating your account with PriceVU LLC, you agree to the above policies and disclaimer.

NOTICE: If you sign up for an account and fail to comply with these terms, no refunds will be given. We will, however, advise you by e-mail or phone prior to taking any action to provide you with an opportunity to correct the problem.

Server Uptime Guarantee
Although PriceVU LLC has an excellent record for reliability, we do not offer an uptime guarantee. However, our network and servers are monitored continuously, and are rarely down except for scheduled maintenance and hardware and software upgrades.

PriceVU LLC reserves the right to amend any or all of the above policies, guidelines and disclaimer without notification. We also retain the right to increase any pricing and make changes to our account plans without notification. Pricing increases will not effect any accounts that are currently active at the time of the increase.
